The Concept

CareerGuides is a new concept introduced by PEOPLE™ to facilitate identification of suitable talent and placement thereof in key positions across various industries. People are one of the key resources for the growth of businesses. The world has become a global village and with technological advancement, distances are being bridged. As business growth gains momentum, the demand for talent is unprecedented.

PEOPLE™ is continually looking for people across the globe, in various roles spread over different industries, to address this international challenge. The acute need for talent is procured from the following sources:

• PEOPLE™ provides recruitment and head hunting services to its clients. Requirements range from roles such as Management Trainees to Senior Level Managers in MNC's (Multinational Companies), Large Local Private Companies and Public Sector Companies.

• EO (Employee Outsourcing) the outsourcing and third party labor contracting division of PEOPLE™ needs to hire continuously on its own payroll for carrying out work for its large client base. Requirements range from Sales and Processing personnel to middle Management Level positions.

• HR (Herald Resource) the basic services outsourcing division of PEOPLE™ which provides couriers, peons, waiters and bearers to its client base through out Pakistan. Requirements here are concentrated in the area of basic skilled and unskilled workers.

In addition to the above; contract based openings are also available where consultants and trainers are required for short term assignments through out the year.

The need of people arising from the above sources poses a significant challenge where recruitments at times exceed two to three hundred personnel on a monthly basis. In order to meet the above requirement PEOPLE's CareerGuides concept allows anyone to become a Franchisee of PEOPLE™ and refer people they know for placement in appropriate roles with PEOPLE™ or its clients and in the process earn a significant sum in addition to their usual vocation.
