| Principle Responsibility:
||1. Drafting of Legal Documents for Basic Needs. Draft any legal documents for the Bank’s day-to-day requirements such as notices, agreements, contracts, guarantees, undertakings, mortgage papers, etc.
2. Litigation & Representation. Ensure appropriate representation of bank in litigation cases. This includes all cases including those related to tax matters that are under adjunction.
3. Advisory. Advice and ensure that correct action on all legal issues is taken on behalf of the Bank. Provide general legal counsel on all legal issues for the Bank including disciplinary action and terminations.
4.Credit and security documents legally and to liaise with external legal advisors (when necessary).
