| Job Purpose:
||1.Planning and management of sales territories, achievement of targets based on profitable potential and effective sales territory management through
-Planning and prioritize effectively -- strong track record of development and successful implementation of sales strategies.
-Creating a motivating and winning team; hiring and development of young talents.
-Work in a structured way and ability to manage priorities.
2.To utilize all elements of the Sales Management Process (SMP) to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities within territory through
-Leading sales team to achieve sales targets by executing sales and marketing strategies.
-Steering of the Comapny's Sales team in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
-Intensive field coaching and focus on development of talents for future management positions
3.To actively manage and develop the growth of key products within the sales territory.
4.To target the appropriate customer groups to ensure successful introduction of new products.
5.To work with Engineering Management, Finance Management, Market Management, Product Management and other members of Sales Management team to ensure a consistent approach to business throughout the Company.
6.To coordinate with Logistics and Marketing to maintain right stock levels.
7.To act according to guidelines established and adapt those to real requirements in order to continuously gain productivity.
8.To ensure timely collection of all the dues / overdues.
9.To support EMT through execution of special projects.
10.To ensure your knowledge and skills are continuously developed for the benefit of both yourself and the company.
11.To take full responsibility for all assigned company assets.
12.To ensure compliance with all company values, policies & processes.

4.4 Proposing candidates for suitable position and future dimensions as per Red Thread
management roles as per SMD process
4.5 Regular field rides with sales team, 60% field time
4.6 Quarterly PMP (Performance Management Process) with sales team
