| Job Purpose: |
The objective of the National Sales Manager is to lead the sales team in delivering in-market execution of business growth plans, in-market sales targets, P&L targets for the division, net working capital management and 4P improvements on a consistent basis. Play a leadership role in the development of distribution's sales team resulting superior performance and a strong talent bench. |
| Principle Responsibility: |
Directly responsible for execution of all aspects of sales, including developing and implementing the sales strategy. This includes delivering against sales plans for each business channel in alignment with the channel managers. |

Specifications & Comments: |
- Must have at least 10 years experience with a blue chip fast moving consumer goods company/distributor.
- Proven experience in handling field operations through distributors.
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self motivating
- Capable of building strong working relationships and motivating people and teams that are cross-functional.
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues. |
