Principle Responsibility:	- Develop relationships to acquire new business and achieve deposit mobilization targets. - Understand customers� financial as well as investment needs. - Ensure effective market coverage and customers reach. Maintain steady growth in market share. - Effective portfolio management against defined portfolio quality benchmarks
