| Job Purpose: |
Candidate should ensure that the assigned targets are met, developing a steady pipeline of deposits, meetings sales targets for various banking/consumer products i.e. Credit Card, Personal Loan, Deposit Mobilization, Housing Finance, Car Finance |
| Principle Responsibility: |
- Develop relationships to acquire new business and achieve deposit mobilization targets.
- Understand customers’ financial as well as investment needs.
- Ensure effective market coverage and customers reach. Maintain steady growth in market share.
- Effective portfolio management against defined portfolio quality benchmarks |

Specifications & Comments: |
- Graduate with specialization in Sales/Marketing
- 1 year of relevant experience. Experience in Banking / Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
- Well versed with relationship management, deposit mobilization principles and innovative sales techniques
- In-depth knowledge of liability products and services
- Excellent selling / relationship building / influencing skills
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- PC skills including word processing and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
- Preferably Age up to 30 years. |
