| Job Purpose: |
This position direct and lead human resource activities and programs, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with plant and corporate objectives, building and maintaining effective relationships with the workforce, and engaging the employees and plant management in organization design activities that foster and sustain a high performance work culture. |
| Principle Responsibility: |
- Develop plant HR plans according to the business plan/plant operation plan
-Lead plant HR team on daily plant HR operations
-Participate to develop local HR programs/practices with the Manufacturing HR team, and implement at plant level
-Lead the team to ensure all plant HR practice compliance with the labor law and local labor regulations
-Maintain plant head count and make people development plan across the plant
-Lead the staffing process at plant level
-Develop Hourly orientation programs and facilitate all the hourly trainings
-Work with the plant management to solve any occurred labor issue |
