 Job Purpose: This role requires a HR professional with specialist skills in both Organizational Development and Talent Management.
 Principle Responsibility: - Preparing recruitment plans and turning them into sourcing plans

- Actively contributing to planning and budgetary activities with regard to recruitment

- Working towards the goal of driving revenue by advising on recruitment needs and plans

- Ensuring the recruitment team delivers a pipeline of candidates which meet the Line Managers’ expectations

- To contribute to the development of the overall Talent Management framework and strategy for the company

- To contribute to the implementation of all talent management activities as agreed with the Senior Manager Talent Management

- To contribute to the design / implementation of Talent pools / pipeline approach and activities

- To assist in auditing existing assessment / talent activities and suggest and implement improvements

- Assess current organizational structure and propose improvements
 Age Limit: Minimum 30 Not More Than 40 Years.
 Specifications & Comments:
Candidates with technical degrees such as Bachelors in Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical & Other will have an added advantage
