Candidate should have following skills
1.Have good Project Management skills and should be able to manage construction projects independently adopting best engineering practices.
2.Be able to prepare BOQs and aware of Tendering procedures.
3.Must have methodical approach , good analytical skills accuracy and attention to details
4.Control and monitor Departmental budget
5.Carry out feasibilities/ studies and reports for Capital Works , review technical aspects of Projects Including reviewing engineering drawings and specifications
6.Be able to adopt best engineering practices.
7.Examine proposals received from various offices for additions, alterations, repairing and maintenance.
8.Be able to apply latest Construction techniques Should form a good team member
9.Be sound in AutoCAD
10.Minimum experience of having completed 4 building Projects including water supply Be able to ensure implementation of HSE
11.Good Computer Literacy/ Skills to run day to day business |
