Job Purpose:	Provide support on all H/W & S/W installed at all centers. Restructure/ streamline the support organization to achieve uninterrupted operation at all centers. Documents necessary controls and ensure strict compliance. The maintenance history of all products should be up to date and accessible to the senior management. Ensure that all S/W in use at all centers are licensed and of latest release. Update and maintain the spares inventory at all centers to achieve continued operation. Continually monitor the performance level of all operations and propose improvements wherever required. Advise management or reengineering of operations to achieve improved and efficient performance. Advise the management on the up gradation of technology wherever required. Evaluate the systems and the technology to be acquired and advise the management. Assist management in formulating plans and implementation of cheque truncation and electronic clearing in the country. Liaise with suppliers/ manufacturers of products in use in company centers in up gradation and introduction of new features. Liaise with the customers to resolve their problems. Consider and propose to the management establishment of cost effective solution for disaster back up at all centers and to ensure that disaster arrangements is in working order. Assist PKI management as a backup Security manager.
