Must possess excellent leadership, analytical & problem solving skills with good business acumen & commercial acquaintance of the local (countrywide) business / market dynamics. |
| Principle Responsibility: |
Franchise Network Development, Operations & Profitability of the entire network. Supervise Franchise operations in planning, maintaining and development of each unit commercial performance and managing controllable attributes including inventory management & operational expenditure.
Liaise with the hierarchal structure & back operations to ensure smooth logistics and promotional support to the franchise units networks. |
