Job Purpose:	Must have a Strong Background in facilitating Electrical (Equipment & Fittings), Mechanical (Generator & Elevator) and Carpentry & Plumbing based Installations & Maintenance jobs at a network of premises. Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and Technical Manuals with translating technical data into maintenance tasks. Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving & People Skills.
Principle Responsibility:	Manage the maintenance function of a retail chain, having a wide stretched network of outlets across Pakistan under the scope of all Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry and Plumbing based Maintenance works. Carry out thorough and regular quality inspections and monitor & control maintenance cost. Manage, train & develop technical staff of the company along with handling external vendor�s services for the company�s maintenance function. Prepare and implement effective preventive and maintenance schedule of equipment & associated fittings for the entire retail stores network. Render consultation & services for new premises feasibility & ensuing construction.
Age Limit:	Minimum 30 Not More Than 45 Years.
Specifications & Comments:	Min. 7 years of practical experience among which 3 years at the capacity of independently heading a maintenance division involving civil, electrical & mechanical based maintenance, repair & replacement jobs of a diverse establishment.
